Bella doesn't sound like most cats. She just gives out this tiny high pitched little squeak like sound. If she were lost you would not find her.   :rolleyes

While Jack is the biggest cat in the house, he has the tiniest meow. He almost sounds like a kitten when he meows.

So  I guess I'm worrying for nothing.  :big grin  I'm just used to the sounds of our other cats. She's my "beep" toy.  :lol

Alexus is more like a sweet "chatter" and then she head rolls.....not your typical meow by any means. Very sweet and dainty "talk." I am sure your darling Bella is fine---she is a real lady too!

Coco has a little high-pitched squeak and trill and a dainty little kittenish mew.  She doesn't have that typical Siamese voice at all.  It was hard to get used to after years of listening to Felix's robust meow.

It seems several of our kitties have similar dainty voices!  :smile

My Ginger Ninja Otis squeeks like a mouse, sounds nothing like a cat at all and he is a whopping 16lbs!  In fact sometimes he opens his pink little mouth like a shocked ''O'' but no sound comes out............ so Ellie I think your little Bella is not different at all  :lol
